What payment methods can I use on Coffee-Couple?

Coffee-Couple accepts a variety of payment options. The exact payment methods available depend on:

Selected currency
Location
Total amount of your booking
Promo code used (if any)
Product you purchased.

All available payment methods will be displayed on the payment page. If a payment method is not displayed, then you may not use it to finalize your purchase.

The following e-wallets are currently supported on Coffee-Couple:

Alipay (CN¥, HK$)
PayPal (US$, HK$)

You cannot split your payment among multiple cards or e-wallets.

Is my payment secure?

Coffee-Couple uses secure, third-party payment gateways to process your payments. We do not retain your credit card information during or after the transaction.

If you choose to save your card information, your credit card details will be tokenized, encrypted, and stored securely by the third-party gateway, and will be submitted directly to your bank for authorization.

Will I be charged an international transaction fee for my order?

Coffee-Couple does not charge any additional handling fees for booking an activity, but some banks may charge international transaction fees if you are not paying in the local currency of your payment card. Please check with your bank before making a booking.
