Delivery and Refund Policy
Delivery
Considering our target customers are quite price-sensitive, we should offer low-cost or free delivery services. The in-house delivery service is very costly and obviously we do not have the resources. Therefore, we could partner with a local courier service provider, or even multiple service providers to ensure we can reach all areas within Hong Kong. For example, SF Express is known for its speed and extensive network, while Hong Kong Post may be a more cost-effective option. Cainiao is another popular choice known for its professional service, and customers can choose to pick up in their selected self-pick-up site. We can offer different delivery strategies for different customers:
1) Same-day Delivery: Offer same-day delivery for orders placed before a particular time. This can be an attractive option for customers who value speed.
2) Scheduled Delivery: Allow customers to choose a specific delivery time slot. This can be a cost-effective and convenient delivery method for customers.
3) Free Delivery: Offering free delivery over a certain order amount can encourage larger purchases. Alternatively, we could offer free delivery as a promotional offer.
4) Pick-up Points: Partner with local businesses to offer pick-up points. This can be a cost-effective delivery method and a convenient option for customers.
5) Sustainable Delivery: More consumers are becoming conscious of their environmental impact. Offering a green delivery option, such as carbon-neutral delivery or minimal packaging, can appeal to these consumers.
Refunds
We will offer a return or refund for damaged or defective products upon delivery. Some may require the customer to return the product within a certain period, usually 7-14 days, and the product must be unopened and in its original packaging. In addition, customers have to bear this part of the cost.
